If you’re yet to experience the Reformer, this is the class for you. With a slower pace and a focus on basic Pilates principles and form, this class is designed to give new students a strong foundation. Get to know the Reformer carriage, as well as the springs, equipment, correct body alignment and exercises that you’ll use to transition into more advanced classes.
A total body workout, Reformer exercises will help you build a strong core and are the perfect accompaniment to your gym workouts, sports, or however you choose to sweat outside the studio. You’ll improve your alignment and technique to help supercharge your movements and enhance your efficiency.
Mat Pilates classes will improve your core strength, flexibility, range of motion, balance and posture. There’s a strong focus on form, core engagement and alignment to create long, lean muscles.

Turn up the heat on your favourite GROUNDUP flow! Expect to sweat in this powerful, athletic class in a studio heated to 34 degrees. Hot Flow is a breath led vinyasa flow that allows you to explore your boundaries. It will keep you moving and use breath and heat to challenge you and leave you feeling re-energised in your body and mind.
Remake your rest days with this slower pace of yoga that focuses on realigning and stretching the connective tissue like ligaments, tendons and fascia. You’ll hold postures for three to five minutes, creating a deep stretch. Expect to open your hips, pelvis, and spine to create space in the joints, release tension and calm the nervous system.
Barre takes ballet as inspiration, adds a healthy dose of Pilates and a generous serve of hardcore fitness for a high intensity workout. Set to motivating music, this class combines cardio intervals with dynamic and isometric exercises using light weights, bands and balls to work arm, leg and core muscles.
Barre is suitable for all fitness levels and abilities. Be sure to wear a pair of non-slip socks for your tootsies; they’re available at the studio.
